Meet Brooke
In her current position, Brooke originates most residential loans - conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and reverse mortgages.
She specializes in divorce related lending.
Her more than 10 years in the field include four years as a reverse mortgage consultant and five years working in various roles with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking.
She earned several distinctions, including “A Level” underwriting authority for conforming loans and the opportunity to author an article for the San Antonio Business Journal debunking reverse mortgage myths.
Brooke is well-known as a trusted resource for homebuyers, homeowners seeking to refinance, and retirees planning their next steps. She has worked with Certified Financial Planners (CFP’s), Certified Financial Advisors (CFA’s), attorneys and Realtor groups all over the state. Some information Brooke has presented in Spanish, her second language.
Brooke graduated from Vanderbilt University (Tennessee) with a BA and from The University of Texas at Austin with an MA. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her five children, reading, cooking, cycling, and goofing around in the yard. She has traveled extensively in Mexico, South America and Europe and serves on several non-profit organization boards.
